😂😂 not this one! It would have been my pork chop and scalloped potatoes casserole but that was halted until tonight. And my husband has banned me from the mandolin 🤣

Those things are weapons 😂 not my first time cutting myself with one, but definitely the first time I’ve taken a huge chunk of my finger off.
I feel like it’s gonna take forever to heal lol.

So, in an attempt to use my mandolin to thin slice potatoes and make homemade cheeses scalloped potatoes and pork chops ….

I ended up slicing layers of skin off the side of my pinky finger pad. Which will now not have a fingerprint. Cutting into the fatty tissue in ur finger.
