Forced arbitration has stolen the right to be heard from countless servicemembers, veterans, seniors, small business owners, and more. Congress needs to listen to everyday Americans, not corporations and #EndForcedArbitration.

When there’s no accountability, there’s no incentive for lawbreaking corporations to change their ways. The first step to keeping companies honest is by ending forced arbitration so they can’t sweep wrongdoing under the rug anymore. Pass the #FAIRAct

If we want to improve postpartum health, let’s stop being one of the only places in the world that doesn’t offer #paidfamilyleave. Proud to make the case at this week’s public health interim committee hearing.

Congress must pass the #FAIRAct to restore everyone’s rights to join together to hold big banks and corporations accountable when they cause harm to groups of workers or consumers. #EndForcedArbitration

There’s no judge & there’s no jury. Through forced arbitration, employers & corporations have created a private system of justice where the constitutionally created protections of our legal system don't apply. That’s why consumers, workers, and small biz need the #FAIRAct

20M+ people can afford health insurance thanks to enhanced Premium Tax Credits. But if Congress doesn’t act now, these credits will expire, premiums will spike & families will lose coverage.

We’re joining @communitycatalyst.org in urging Congress to make PTCs permanent: commcat.io/46lV1B1

Hoosiers shouldn't have to choose between their job and their family or their health. Today, over 200 members of Congress reintroduced the FAMILY Act, including Congressman Carson and Congressman Mrvan, which would deliver what Hoosiers need - #paidleave.

Hit 👍 if you agree.
