God this final ED for My Hero Academia is just perfect. MHA EDs has always had these wistful, nostalgic and playful energy to them and the sketchbook style.

Bump of Chicken's music is a superb bookend for that atmosphere.

i imagine nikaidou not wearing glasses and medaka starts wearing his again bc he cannot be bothered with the contact lenses bc of how fussy it gets when he's started getting busy??😆
but you make a good point about him still wearing his glasses as some sort of mask to be more comfortable!!

iv been thinking about another profession for nikaidou and thought he could be an art museum conservator or smthn just the thought of nikaidou being surrounded by beautiful things while working has captivated me and i guess im influenced by how wym uses classic art pieces on their work sometimes too

considering how nikaidou doesn't know who junji ito is, i think it's safe to say that nikaidou isn't really updated on pop culture. maybe he's more of a non-fiction type of guy?? and him not being able to handle horror, maybe the book is about the history of black magic lol i can only speculate ofc😂

nikaidou's inability to say no would be like catnip to the kids lmaooo he'll be eaten alive😂 he'd prefer a more subdued profession that lets him work from home i think

oh teachers medanika!!! maybe nikaidou could be a preschool teacher while medaka handles high schoolers? but nikaidou might prefer a job that isn't people-facing??? hahaha! but omg imagine the gossip that comes up about who that mysterious man medaka-sensei goes home with when nikaidou picks him up
