I always forget to post about these things but I'm Melbourne for PAX! Met a couple of cool people at ACMI today too which was pleasant surprise. In a touch under 18h Vi and I will be running HK Blackout TE Rando for ASAP! Very excited, and it will be streamed on the AusSpeedruns twitch as usual

I loved it, and playing it more with an eye to speedrunning the combat is so good. The movement felt really crisp first time through, and I appreciated having a voiced protagonist and a more alive world. It really felt like they had the extra time and money to flesh everything they wanted out fully

Yes(ish) when I went to bed there was a small issue but assuming that's been solved we do. It also is a v small issue compared to dont lose 3h to dying lol

NGL gang silksong TE is hard. Thankfully its also sick as hell so that makes it worth the slog.

It will be a million times more manageable with better debug tools and videos of a finished run but I'm also not under any time pressure so I can take it slow

Yeah. Honestly ditch the 17 Quest Point requirement that is there on top of the mandatory 8 or 9 things and true ending is a 2.5-3h banger, genuinely an amazing category

I really hope true ending runs for silksong end up not being held down by quests requirements because it is such a fun game to move around and fight in, it's just the category that actually interests me seems like it's going to have a ton of filler atp

Finished the DLC and All Achievements for Crosscode! Top 3 game for me, and my hands took it very well. It's definitely a game I am eager to run once the Skong hype dies down, especially if it's not something I end up playing in a sr context. Hard, but that makes it a good long term thing
