It is! It hasn’t grown noticeably, but it’s still going strong. Sadly (?) it seems to be forever a year-round Christmas cactus, because the ornaments stuck into it when it was given to us don’t seem removable without crushing the plant

Oh, actually we have three plants! I forgot the miniature cactus I have managed not to kill by following @thefourthvine.bsky.social’s advice to only water it like once a year.

A ficus ginseng. I’ve managed to keep that one alive far longer than any other houseplant I’ve had. Hopefully it’s just doing an autumn thing.

lol I recently doubled our plant total by picking up a coleus cutting when a neighbour put some out in our lobby with a QR code to donate to a child diabetes foundation (good fundraising strategy). So now we have two whole plants! (Though I’m afraid one is unhappy since I repotted it)
