I don't know you deep enough to say this but it could be you having little to no outlet to share or with deal with your traumas, worries, anxieties on a regular basis.

You appear to be a bubbly positive focused person but perhaps that's always done through masking and endured pain instead.

- A player wanted to stop a bad guy with her hair, I ask how, she just gestures vaguely without saying anything.

- I was sitting in a corner even though I was the DM, there was no table, just playing in the living room with the TV on.

God it was a horrible nightmare.

I dreamt about running city of mist with a bunch of random people and it was awful.

- Players were distracted talking about a sequel to Idiocracy,
- a female player is getting harassed by some of them by reenacting scenes in said movie,
- Adam Sandler was a player and does nothing during his turn

The only comfort in this type of social life I guess you can say is making memories of the good times spent together.

The exchange of happy moments with some disappointing and sad times is overall, better than having none at all.

So it's kinda a neverending cycle for me every year as a VTuber to

- meet plenty of people,
- make some friends,
- gradually loss touch with them,
- blame myself and get depressed
- repeat above

Kinda soul crushing but thats how I have to push myself to be better.

Other than that are numerous little things that I think just turns people away from me.

- bad at expressing feelings
- unfunny
- untalkative
- introverted
- desperate
- shallow

But hypocritically, I don't like socialising people with the above traits as well.

I think I should start accepting I'm not a priority in other people's lives and likely are on the lower tier or bracket of friends.

No. 1 reason I believe that's the case is I stop investing on relationships once it dies down, ie people rejecting my invitations or focusing their time on others.
