I *think* they said 7K for the one earlier this year in the rain. Based on that, 10K sounds about right for what we saw today. Fantastic turnout. A breath of fresh air.
Playing on the west coast has kept him a mystery. Maybe now people will take note.
Has anyone worked up a Dei Hard trailer yet? “Yippie-ki-yay Holy Father.”
If nothing else, going to a protest this weekend will remind you that you’re not alone in your disgust for these people and, let me tell you, that means a lot.
Find a No Kings protest Saturday and go!

Don't worry that you've never been to a protest before. Don't worry about being dressed wrong or looking out of place. Don't worry that you don't agree about everything -- or even about much -- with lots of people at the protest.

Can’t speak for other cities, but around Columbus, OH, lots of suburbs are holding their gatherings earlier in the day and the bigger one downtown is later in the afternoon. So find a smaller one and, if you’re up to it, head to the bigger one - maybe with people you met earlier to ease things.

1)You may remember the articles criticizing liberal students for their hesitancy to make friends with conservative students—alleging that they were less open-minded than their conservative counterparts.
Simpsons - obviously - always had ones that tickled me.
Okay - need assistance here. What does a “Mary Sue” mean in this context?
Mmmm. Now you have me trying to remember all of Bob Roberts and if that would be considered nihilistic. At least the “documentary” makers seemed genuine in it.
At one point last season I think Jonathan India and Ty France were leading baseball in HBP and I was trying to come up with some theorem to explain why country-specific-surnames were so prone to it.
Not enough talk about AI is gonna put real, live porn robots out of work. They’ve gotta put food on the table, too. Or motor oil. Or lug nuts.

I’ll be honest, I don’t know what robots eat beyond what I’ve seen in cartoons.
My understanding is that all the neighborhood / suburbs ones (I’m in Westerville) purposely and collectively scheduled theirs for earlier in the day so people can attend both.

I suspect many people will go to local one then carpool / convoy downtown.
A real make-or-Blake situation.
Sometimes I think back and am thankful nobody ever told me *not* to read something. So I read Marvel, I read Classic Comics. Cheesy sports bios. Choose Your Own Adventure. Far Side. Movie novelizations. Hitchhikers Guide. And then Vonnegut. Steinbeck. Orwell. And on and on. Just enjoyed reading.
Somewhere, 1990 Billy Hatcher felt his ears burning.
