I like games, I play games, I guess. But I literally don’t own a single piece of hardware capable of playing whatever’s new this year and I don’t plan on rectifying that. Like real gamers™️, I’m sitting on like a dozen+ games from the past decade I’ve never touched lol

Especially as a comic person, or a even nsfw artist, there’s sometimes like a weird disconnect between what I want to draw and what people expect from you. Like, because I like “nerd culture” stuff it must mean I’m definitely playing the thing with the hot girl everyone else is drawing

I guess I’m thinking about this, because as an artist on the internet I feel like there’s an expectation to constantly be aware of every fandom all of the time, when the reality is that I feel like we’re all into wildly different shit and I purposely curate a very particular palette for myself.
