Part 6 of my RetroAchievements Final Fantasy V playthrough is up on YouTube! We fought a turtle and my off-stream Flee grinding paid off: I have the maxed-out Chicken Knife! The 25% auto-Flee the weapon has is bypassed with Rapid Fire. Layman's terms: Bartz is OP.

I tend to have a robust immune system (I ate a lot of grass as a kid) and get sick once a year. I've had a rather bad migraine the past couple of days. I'm not sure if it's from yapping so much online while live or actually coming down with something. It's about that time of year, though. Ugh.

Maybe I should get my chef arc back up and running. I made chicken pilaf the other day and it was *delicious*. I used jasmine rice with peas, parsley stems, yellow onions, and quartered artichoke hearts and it surprisingly went very well together! Also I can't post pics of it. I, uh...ate all of it.

Mastery #25: Pokémon Crystal

Hoo, this one was PACKED full of challenges! Beating each Gym Leader and the Elite 4 with just Johto Pokémon made me really stretch my choices. 100% items and trainers also was considerably lengthy. This set does a wonderful job showing you EVERY aspect of the game!

A TON of progress made today! We're well into Act 2! Got to hear the awesome Battle on the Big Bridge and met my favorite Final Fantasy character. Gilgamesh is so cool!!! Thanks for all the unexpected raids and chats today, it was a blast tonight!
