Feeling confident that all the people I care about would not have been Nazis during WWII.
It’s almost like people benefit from consistently encountering other people or something…
A lot of people on these groups do more than just the protests. They’ll probably be able to tell you about local elections and other community organizations and community-organizing opportunities.
If you go to indivisible’s website you should be able to find a local chapter:

I’m so sorry. Solidarity❤️
I don’t feel the need to completely unfollow them, but I was disappointed to see outlets like The Majority Report make excuses for him that they wouldn’t have if he presented himself as a centrist.
I think it’s also because independent leftist creators (albeit with large followings) are defending him.
It’s literally never too late to stop a fascist. The problem is that the sacrifice required is greater.
Does the pipeline go in both directions? IS IT BI?!!!
You gotta introduce the youths to My Immortal early
Yeah I don’t completely blame myself, I just cringe when I think about it.
If you like that you should join the “I can’t believe I voted for fetterman” facebook group lol. Or maybe do t because Facebook sucks.
I hate to recommend any movie you can’t get on dvd, but the Netflix biopic about him is really good
I more of a getting results than being right kind of guy, but I think that’s the point people are trying to make. Really sucks that people are more worried about an (albeit of great historical significance) building than their fellow man.
The worst part is the jerks of the world telling you you’re somehow the bad guy for pointing out that they suck
I wouldn’t use the word hysterical given its historic meaning, but ill-informed, entitled, and paranoid about the wrong stuff, you betcha
That is to say I’m not sure what’s keeping people from admitting they were wrong.
I didn’t learn about the jogger incident until after he won (I’m not sure how) but getting excited about Fetterman is one of the greatest fucking embarrassments of my life.
Yeah guess it doesn’t really matter whether they don’t care or revel in the cruelty. The horrifying result is still the same.
Not to be pedantic but I think you meant to write immoral
It’s criticisms all the way down and sometimes that’s okay!
I haven’t had a chance to read it but someone recommended the book “Conflict is Not Abuse” to me and the phrase is burned in my brain
I find that growing as a person just means intellectualizing your way back to Sesame Street values. And then you see how utterly stupid all the cruelty is.
I get that it’s good to cautious about your expectations, but some people really do think that cynical=smart which isn’t true
