I just noticed something incredibly weird -

In MLB, NPB, and CPBL the championships were all decided by the visiting team hitting a home run in the 11th inning of the final game.

What an amazing coincidence!
No, his school didn't make it.
No. 43 needs to work on some things.
Except, I suppose, in 2021 and 2023, when Orix lost the Japan Series (he still got the Fighting Spirit Award in 2021), but the point stands, success has followed him around as of late.
All Yoshinobu Yamamoto does is win.
2019: Premier12
2021: (2020) Tokyo Olympics, Pacific League pennant
2022: PL pennant, Japan Series
2023: World Baseball Classic, PL pennant
2024: World Series
2025 World Series
+ Three Sawamura Awards, three PL MVPs and two no-hitters
YOSHINOBU YAMAMOTO
All Caps when you say the man’s name.
Now the inning can start.
Think Vladdy is getting on
Yeah, it wasn’t clean.

I want this game to be longer than the Namek Saga.
This thing Yamamoto is doing isn’t normal in Japan either.

When Masahiro Tanaka came back in Game 7 in 2013, that was the top of the ninth with a 3-0 lead.
Yamamoto is looking at the iPad, he’s going back out there
Go home, Game 7, you’re drunk.
I’m not a diehard for either team, but I’d like to see Yamamoto get through this just for the history of it. Then whoever wins can win.
Wow, here comes Yoshinobu Yamamoto. Dodgers want a strikeout here.
I know Rojas said next year, but if the Dodgers end up winning, I would go out on that.
Japan national soccer team member Kiké Hernández and Miguel Rojas helped save the Dodgers' season.
