Just cooking a suet piecrust over leek & slow braised beef skirt, with plenty of pepper, some beef stock, carrots & bayleaf, old cut of meat my mam used to get when I was a lad & all day cooking was a thing.
Having it with potato & courgette bake, like a gratin with Red Leicester cheese.

Call me old school, however I use a chamonix (artificial) leather after rinsing the bike, to get the excess water off, then begins the polishing.
Only really dries thoroughly when I run it up to temperature 🙂
