Classic indie metroidvania Timespinner came out 7 years ago today! With great pixel art, an atmospheric soundtrack, tight gameplay, and inclusive LGBTQ+ representation, this would be a great entry to the genre for anyone who might feel intimidated by harder titles.

Listening to criticism of your craft is way different than accepting it’s correct. Think of it as an honest dose of a separate perspective, which is something you can add to your collection of perspectives. Refusing them means your collection will be small, and you’ll stagnate in a fantasy.
