The “disclaimer” at the bottom… 😆

Is that drilling swarf? You’re making something…

So if want to speed up (which I think would be beneficial) try to not break into a run.

Also varying what you do can be really beneficial. I.e. shorter, faster walk one day and a longer, slower walk another day. That way, your body won’t optimise for one type & you can push the plateau further out.

My little brother studied exercise physiology & we’ve had some really interesting conversations along these lines… here’s what I recall: running is more energy efficient than walking. So for the same speed, a walking action will work the body harder than a jogging action. 🧵

Can’t wait! He’s gonna cry harder than that time my 4 year old son dropped his ice cream. 😆

I really hope he deluded himself into thinking he was odds-on favourite. 😂 His ego would just self immolate.

Doing my part for the economy by involuntarily updating my status from “employed at the same place for over 20 years” to unemployed.

0 stars, do not recommend. Fuck you very much, governments of all stripes at all levels.

I sense disappointment.

It’s a well argued critique, though. 😄

Imagine creating a product for which breaking the law is so intrinsic to the business model that you go & write a standardised form for victims to submit.

The economy? Pfft… absolutely not.

His mates? Yep. So long as they give him (personally) a cut. Because <insert cartoonvillain.gif>

Oh, for sure; it’s just that the ingredients are the same. The morons are incapable of learning so will top it a few years later with something else. Again.

Because everyone else is betting on it. Which is totally a low-risk, secure way to make money & definitely hasn’t bitten them on the arse multiple times in living memory

DOTCOM BUBBLE

SUBPRIME CRISIS
=cough cough=
Oh, excuse me.

Dipshits learned nothing from the dotcom bubble. Or subprime crisis. Or countless other overhyped, under secured, speculative investments.

Good golly that dynamic range is high.

Cool.

It’s painfully clear now that this suit was never about “restoring her reputation” as she claimed; it was about money &/or revenge.

Linda - if you truly cared about your reputation, you would have been satisfied with the words of the judgement & not sought to enforce the compensation order.

It seems outrageous that a person who has never been medically trained can open skin beyond a piercing, especially for therapeutic treatment.

I reckon it’s a VERY FAIR ASSUMPTION that any kind of “surgeon” performing surgery is first & foremost a medical practitioner. But apparently not…
jeremythegoose.bsky.social
I hate how accurate that description is.

It would be morally wrong to not use it, especially if it replaces combustion-engined transport. The resources have already been expended & emissions produced. Delivering a socially positive message with it is a bonus.

Bravo for that dramatic reading at the beginning, m’Lord.

Genuinely, well done. 👏 With the footage to which it was matched, it sent shivers down my spine.

How have I managed to live as long as I have without knowing this?!
