Boy, was Filip Gustavsson good for Minnesota last night.

He's so precise with his positioning & squareness, it makes rebound control look easy. Even when fighting through traffic, he was a black hole absorbing every puck that hit him.

Love what I’ve seen from Scott Wedgewood in the preseason, and so far tonight.

He plays a simple, calm game. He stays in position, challenges and makes himself big, drops into butterfly and lets the puck hit him. He’s looked very under control.

It’s tough to defend. If teams try to take away the pass from Stone to Dorofeyev, it will sacrifice coverage on Hertl in front. He showed last year he will score if you leave him open.
