2. Enormous congratulations to the Friends of Burrangiri, Independent MLA for Murrumbidgee Fiona Carrick, & Senator David Pocock, for your staunch advocacy on this issue. I was also glad to advocate for increased Commonwealth aged care funding and made a submission to the Inquiry as well.

We have stood up together and we have made a very safe Labor seat absolutely marginal. We will be heard. We will be holding the government to account on the issues that matter to us. And we will be here in three years, ready to go again.

Our brilliant volunteers are still going, a week after the election, keeping an eye on the counting as the wonderful AEC continues the transparent & methodical work of administering our free & fair elections.

We are 54 votes up with declarations, postals & absentee votes still being counted 💌🌏🗳️
