Phase Two of Applications for Spot Artists will begin Nov. 7!

If you don’t have a library card this is your sign to get one!!! Support libraries!!!! Use your local library! Books are already awesome, but there’s also movies, music and more. Lots of libraries also have free access to good language learning programs! (not doulingo, aka the second worst bird app)
