Rice-Eccles Stadium has a bunch of puddles all over the field right now as sheets of rain pour down. Nobody has entered the field all night. The game is still not on delay ... but we're right on the edge of that happening.

Whittingham said Texas Tech is "obviously the odds-on favorite" to win the Big 12. But says there's about 4-6 teams that have a legit shot to win the conference but they all go through Texas Tech.
