🏀 #WNBA: The Las Vegas Aces won their 3rd championship in 4 years by sweeping the Phoenix Mercury 97-86. League MVP A'ja Wilson led the Aces w/ 31 pts. Chelsea Gray added 18. The Mercury, playing w/o Satou Sabally, were led by Kahleah Copper w/30 pts. Alyssa Thomas had 15 pts, 12 boards & 10 assts.

⚾️ Yankees lose 5-2 to the Blue Jays. Their 2025 season is over. Disappointing since this team had reached the WS last year. Good series vs the Sox but the pitching was shoddy vs the Jays. And they stopped hitting. Likely AL MVP Aaron Judge was the exception batting .500 over the 7 games. #Yankees

I think the Aces will need to change their lineup. Kiah Stokes need to get some minutes. Kiersten Bell should sit as she doesn't contribute. Sabally and Copper have to dominate to make it a longe series.

🏀#WNBA: Instead of the media continuing to coddle the Fever with all their injuries, why not give Amber Cox credit for signing suitable replacements + realizing Brianna Turner can still play ball. Any maybe this current Fever team is actually more cohesive than a squad with Clark, Cunningham, etc.
