Opened a role for 3 hours on linkedin a few months back. Over 100 generated answers, none relevant. Went back to good old local networking. Not as inclusive as i’d like it, but that’s how it is….

Another day of spending an hour in traffic so I can be at the office to spend the day fighting over meeting rooms so I can be in virtual meetings with people who are home because collaboration and working together is important! I really don't understand this.
