* actually just a request to grab drinks and laugh about how insane this story is.
Assuming no one stops it (because.. yeah), time to start brainstorming appropriate (publicly beneficial) uses for once all the spray-on gold is scrubbed off...
Nobody better point out to them how many women can meet those standards (a substantial number while hardly breaking a sweat)...
If you need anything as you come through Tucson (sealant, gels, company, whatevs), drop a line. I have bike stuff in Summerhaven and on the east side of Tucson. (This offer made by a natural resources attorney / bike enthusiast. Your trip certainly has my attention.)
Had a similar slogan pinned.

Do I have to wait for ICE to terrorized vendors near me, or can I just do this anyway? I have a lot of bicycles and not nearly enough tamales.
He has nothing to show for himself. Worse, he signed on to allowing health costs to skyrocket. As the article states, there's miles to go to get to November 2026. Let's go.

I'm a little stabby today.
Increasing the pace for moving to solar will be hard, but won't be a bad thing. The increasing likelihood of water shortages, however, is terrifying, and Reclamation has been slow rolling the very necessary post-2026 guidelines since the new admin took over.
Mike: Don't southernism us Arizonans. We like being direct. For example: Fuck you. Swear her in.
Reading requires eyes. Watching requires eyes. Listening doesn't. Won't there always be a market for something (music, podcasts) to turn on while cleaning the kitchen or commuting to work or at the gym?
I'm all for theatrics. Why not? Jefferies should declare himself speaker since Johnson refuses to do his job, swear in Grijalva, call the house (dems) back into session, and start putting out bills to show what policies the dems will move on when they get power back. (This won't happen, but..)
I still think she should show up at one of his oh-so-many press conferences and confront him.
Would these things work? I don't know! But we all know nothing has worked so far, so let's try some things. Only problem being that all our tax dollars seem to be going to ICE and Argentina right now, so not a lot of grant money lying around to help local communites solve big problems.
Sure. But if we could help all but those 'some #,' we'd have made a ton of progress. And I still think it's worth trying creative ideas to possibly reach many of the treatment-resistant. (Gifts: www.nytimes.com/2025/07/16/h..., www.nytimes.com/2025/01/16/o...)

Link says Sobering Alternative Facility for Recovery. Google indicates very short term places to get sober, not the long term solutions (way more low barrier housing, access to promising treatments like sublocade, contingency management programs?) needed. But all those cost money.
So.. more enforcement near buses; make pima county do.. um, stuff? re treatment; expand community courts; and establish a SAFR? None of this sounds earth shattering.
