i'm really thankful for the people who have been patient with me so far 🙇‍♀️
being back on adhd meds + therapy + making local connections has been good for coming back down to earth from the euphoria of finally being a girl but it also meant realizing that i missed out on a lot of things ppl had access to earlier in life

and yknow what girl? it'll be ok
the first year of transitioning is going to be really embarrassing for some and you're going to sound like a high schooler and i think those awkward moments will lead to growth but like, god its still embarrassing lmao
has anyone tried out mario 64 coop?
(we both love our region we just recognize we have room to improve and can tangibly get there)
it's up to Zohran Mamdani to save King of Fighters and SNK
we realized our region kinda sucks (myself included) because we saw CoN and we're like damn... thats what REEEAAALLL under night should look like
sorry if this sounds silly but i booted up UNI2 to play with a friend and he was telling me about CoN f and i started sobbing cus i missed it
ok but knowing you that makes a lil bit more sense
(continues Nanoha instead)
ok now to decide if i want to watch Patlabor or Gundam Zeta next

[ the final FINAL farewell. ]

@nightsclimax.bsky.social is partnering with @combobreaker.org to showcase Dengeki Bunko: Fighting Climax Ignition, Melty Blood: Type Lumina, Melty Blood Actress Again Current Code, and Under Night In-Birth II Sys:Celes as main games with their own dedicated stage!
COMBO BREAKER REMAINS UNDEFEATED!!
CoN f has been cinematic so far, really sad i couldn't go but i'm happy to know everyone's having a great time with it!!!
and it doesn't hide the really ugly sides of the MCs we have to see in order for them to recognize that they *can* change, they *can* be different than what they thought they told to be. the writing feels VERY personal and i really loved that. it's peak!
the music is beautiful, the art is pretty, the characters dealing with the lingering mental anguish of war, interpersonal relationships etc was very interesting and felt real!

future ends with the first and final piece, steven, having to carefully navigate his own hurt and delayed adolescence
rewriting my thoughts since it's not 1 am before bed...

this is a really unique coming-of-age story and i'm glad the crewniverse fought so hard to keep this show going - it really called out to the queer kid within me and i resonated with the show for that!
