Ok, my son (home from school suck) wanted snuggles after I took a hot shower. I needed a bit of self care and used my body spray, cologne, and beard balm/oil. He laid his head on my chest and said I smell like a miracle. Ultimate mood boost!

Thanks for the words of encouragement!

I’m excited to get more energy to start exercising more and have less pain on my joints. That’s been a big hindrance for me losing weight up until now. I am on an RX specifically used for weight loss, that has been a game changer

Personal win of the day:
Weight loss journey - since maxing out over 330lbs, and multiple health scares last year, this year I have gone from over 330 to 307 as of this morning. 23lbs just gone in a month. I know it won’t be typical, but I feel good. About myself, about my health.

Finding little windows in the day to be creative really helps me keep focus during the day. Here is a little image I created that I thought about using in PowerPoints to show a Now/Next/Later view.

When you have an inner monologue that activates while looking at memes that make them even funnier. Then trying to explain through laughter why it was funny while the other person, without an inner monologue, just stares at you. 🤷🏻‍♂️🤣

I waited to post about the latest executive order targeting transgender people until I was calm enough. I know the #ACLU and others will sue, but it doesn’t have to be this way. It shouldn’t be this way. I am a Dragon Dad, this affects my family. I’m not OK.

Right before the new year I got diagnosed with ADHD and started meds. During that time off I wrote a picture book for my youngest based on a song I wrote for him. Now I’m thinking about publishing it. During this adventure, I discovered that I am no artist 😂
