Nah mate, it was definitely the KLF not some Norwegian lads. 🤣
These are dark times 😒
Extremely disappointed that this wasn't delivered in an ice cream van.

Whoever donated a blue Asus laptop to the charity I work for should remember to delete personal details...and also think themselves lucky I'm not the sort of person who would blackmail anyone after finding all their hardcore gay porn 😂😂😂🍩🥒
Sidney Sime, 1865-1941. Kind of like a cross between Tove Jansson and Aubrey Beardsley, but on really bad Polish bathtub acid,
The speakers in my bestie's car have gone wrong and make weird crackles and screeching noises.

So now we just play Aphex Twin and it sounds normal.
Rep just slaughtered my best friend's bullying boss.

Join your trade union, folks!
I feel like I had a deprived, miserable childhood due to not having one of those.

Dafuq, Cambridge Live?
Got a new chap at work and I'm convinced he's an AI. Everything he writes is *almost* like a human wrote it, but just a little not right.
Probably best in your case to leave it to the professionals, eh?

Introduced my 22-year-assistant to Fighting Fantasy books today. He reckons they look as much fun as XBox games...I explained they really weren't 🤣

Watched The Illusionist earlier. Not a bad film, but would have been better if Edward Norton with that hairstyle and goatee didn't remind me so much of Noel Edmonds.
The Type 746.

So iconic that, even now, 58 years after it was introduced, it is What A Telephone Looks Like.

All models were named after their colour, incidentally, except for the brown one which was for some reason called The Yeoman.
If you have a Brooks bicycle saddle made in the same year as the case, it's probably just starting to feel broken in by noiw.
He and his compass had a second career in the Uttlesford District Council surveying department after the war.

The maker of the compass, Short & Mason, are long gone; the maker of the leather case are still with us - Brooks, best known for bicycle saddles.
Nice little find - a 1912 Verner Pattern VI compass, made in 1912.

Its original owner scratched his name into the case, and I found some history: he went away to fight in 1914 and it pleased me to find he survived...
Few things are as funny as a bunny eating a dandelion!
