Making good comfort food from scratch, (meatballs, chili, mac and cheese etc.) Usually healthier and tastier. #cooking

Random thought at 1:30 am as I take care of newborn. In stressful times, exercise is key as is eating healthy. Shift focus to positive thoughts and find a hobby that brings you joy.
