Made a Snegg to go with my avocado toast this morning

An egg fried accidentally fried into a shape that resembles a cute snail 🐌 (therefore "Snegg") on a bed of arugula. The rest of the avocado toast is hiding underneath somewhere

Made a Shiitake quiche with ham, cheese and spinach (aka a "clean out your fridge quiche) and it was fantastic.

I'm sure that had nothing to do with the POUND of shiitake mushroom and quarter cup of butter I cooked them in 🤣
