Can I also add, the ruzzian opposition, that I am aware of, has not said they would hunt down war criminals and send them to the Hague, either. Why not? I guess because that would be unpopular in imperialist ruzzia.

International law, like any law, is only good if it is enforced. No one will enforce it, it's moot.
