Just Watched - Tron: Ares - on XPLUS in 3D

While the story isn't going to hit with everyone, I personally had an extremely fun time with the good performances, stunning effects & visuals (looked amazing in 3D) and awesome soundtrack.

Tron fans will love what appears in the 3rd Act.

Day 11 of #31DaysOfHalloween - Van Helsing

While it's no masterpiece of cinema, this still remains to be an entertaining homage to the Universal Monsters with it's cool designs & action, fun performances, great cinematography and awesome music score.

Am very sad to hear about the passing of the legendary Diane Keaton.

She was amazing in so many unforgettable classics from the iconic Godfather Trilogy to Father of the Bride, Annie Hall, The First Wives Club and Manhattan.

This is still an iconic and hilarious flick for it's incredibly fun performances, great practical & makeup effects and unforgettable zombie designs.

While the CGI effects are very dated, this still remains to be an fun flick because of it's fun performances, great makeup effects & extremely cool designs.

Picked up some new UK 4K UHD releases today from HMV Coventry.

Turns out - Hereditary - has been released on Standard 4K in the UK as an HMV in-store exclusive.

Have another Three 4K releases to arrive through the week.

Sure it may not be a horror masterpiece, but it's understandable why this has found a cult following with it's great effects considering it's limited budget, cool kills, gritty atmosphere and funny use of humour.

This is a very cool and effective South Korean disaster thriller with a very engaging premise & tension along with really good performances, action sequences, some impressive CGI effects.

Just Watched - Him

I personally had a good time with this Horror film.

While it's understandable why this isn't hitting with audiences given it's pacing and not so subtle themes, it's still brilliantly acted with stunning cinematography & visuals and cool 3rd act.

Just Watched - The Smashing Machine

This was personally a great biographical drama.

Fantastic and career high performance by Dwayne Johnson with an excellent supporting performances especially by Emily Blunt with very emotional drama and great cinematography.

This continues to be an brilliant Horror Action flick from it's excellent performances, awesome action, gore effects, creepy visuals, great build-up and extremely satisfying 3rd act.

Am playing - Ghost of Yotei - and there's an awesome detail where if you're currently out in the rain and bring up the map, you'll see rain drops actually hit the map.

20 years later and this still remains to be an excellent fantasy film with it's incredible stop-motion animation, beautiful visuals, great voice acting very funny comedy and wonderful music.

The series did get released on standard 4K a few weeks later in the UK so it's not hard to get on the format now.

They might've just stopped manufacturing the Steelbook release to save costs.

Started off #31DaysOfHalloween with the Unrated Versions of - M3gan & M3gan 2.0

It's understandable why these films don't appeal to everyone, but I personally find them to be entertaining Horror/Sci Fi flicks with some cool kills when they're not censored.

Just had - Ghost of Yotei - on PS5 arrive early today thanks to HMV.

Absolutely love Ghost of Tsushima so I've been incredibly excited to see what @suckerpunchprod.bsky.social has worked on with this sequel.

I had an LG 4K Player.

I can't complain much though as it lasted quite some time as it also played Blu-ray 3D releases as well 😄
