For art, I still think sometimes about Grayfolie's comics Fresh Meat and Drop-Out. Insanely expressive, vulnerable, and real, which are all things I appreciate in artwork.

My ambition made me swing much higher than my weightclass and i'll try to dial myself back commissions wise to what i'm actually comfortable doing.

ironically this is probably exactly what i need to get good at the stuff i want to be good at, being scared of doing a bad job is a poor motivator.
