I am neither here nor there with Carney. As a banker, I expect he would do just as he is. Whether I agree with it is another question. However, given the rise of populism and fascism maybe Carney's strategy is the better choice. I don't know, but I understand d'Etremont's decision.

Personally, I don't think Batshit and her followers care. I believe they are willing to throw Alberta and Canada into total disarray. These people believe in magic. Projects and agreements that take 5 to 10 years to complete, Carney should be able to accomplish in 6 months, apparently.

The USA doesn't remove dictators. They instill them. For example: Guatemala, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Chile, and the list goes on. The US takes out dictators if they don't do as the US demands and replaces them with dictators that will.
