Outrageous Government Conduct - a defense in criminal law where a defendant argues that DOJ's behavior is so egregious that it violates due process, and therefore the prosecution should be dismissed. Which explains why the previous US Attorney didn't file. Not to mention cost to taxpayers. Frivolous
