Obama was president in 2014.
He had both houses his first 2 years. Fell flat on his face for those 2 years. Did nothing he promised except AHCA. (which was and is a failure)
2012- 2016. Also president 2008 -2012.
Trump was president 2016 to 2020. He only had the senate in the second half.
