It isn't that I never identified as a Democrat or Liberal, it's that I had never gotten the education from the existing system to let me know exactly what that meant.

It wasn't until I - not even "did my own research" - but just did a *little* bit of digging, following up on things, that I realized

One thing I'm deeply afraid of is that Democrats will take the relative turnout at the No Kings protests as a sign that its *their* time now instead of acknowledging that the entire reason we're having the protests is because they fucked up.

They want to do no work and receive the credit.

I assume it wouldn't have been the first time someone got hired, immediately took 30 days off and found another job with a generous PTO schedule.

I'd seen enough people make it through paid training and then never show up again, it's why I think this would be similar 😄
