So all I have access to for another month are these meds that I already *know* don't work for me, and I just have to hope that my psych is actually available next month so that I can finally switch off of this stuff.

I've been trying to switch meds for months, but my psych's office keeps having issues that prevent me from doing so.

This month, my psych wasn't in, so someone else subbed in for her. They agreed that I should switch, but couldn't actually change my prescription because they were only subbing in.

Don't wanna be a downer but I gotta complain:
I have been feeling so bad since I switched to these new meds. Hoping that switching them back will fix it.

My coping and self-regulatory skills are better than they have ever been, but I'm feeling worse than usual, which is confusing and demoralizing.

Stereotypical advice but: going veryyy slow and using an amount of lube that may feel unreasonable.

No but I love this. This is just being an adult. The fact that you give your availability signals that you are actually interested in making it happen. If you weren't really interested you could've said something less committal like "Yeah we should totally make it happen!"
