Or they’ll got blown out at home. Seems a fitting end.

Boy. Could use some clutch power. Or any power. But that’s baseball, right?

At least the regular season was entertaining, I guess.

Shit. We have the same college grad year, but I suppose me taking 6 years would account for our age differences lol

Ah yes... Cubs fans are a famously sober and well-behaved fanbase.

Ope. Sorry to hear that.

You'd think that having the best record in baseball, plus beating the brakes off your rival in the playoffs, would make Brewers fans immune to jokes. Laid back, even. But they are as whiny and humorless as ever.

Not one mention of it on the broadcast. It didn’t matter with no one on but that was slick glove work deserving some love.

I don't think Nagler brought up the wins to class him with Holmgren. It's just a number showing that things overall are pretty good. Doesn't mean MLF is as good or better than Mike as a head coach. It's too soon for that, anyway.

What is it that he says about how much ballgame is left...

I know it's already been said, but:

This Bucs-Seahawks throwback jersey game is the best jersey game of the season

His music is entirely in Spanish and despite the Super Bowl being a global event and Spanish being the 2nd largest native language in the world, some of the non-Spanish speakers in the US are butthurt about it.

That said, his music is pretty good without me understanding a lot of the lyrics.

Agreed. Extra 15 minutes and if still tied, that's how it goes. Playoffs, keep doing it until it isn't tied. Simple stuff.

Do networks want less of their highest rated product on their airwaves?

Cooper DeJean is an interesting mention. Had the Packers drafted him, do you think he'd be returning punts in Green Bay right now?

If so, is a solve (assuming GB will continue to not play vets on ST) drafting a player who actually returned kicks or punts in college?

I admit this is an emotional response. I wanted to go for it and he lined up and then they took the penalty and punted.

There's no schematic harm in it, but it enrages me. I feel like he's pulling the rug on doing the right thing in favor of the wrong thing and rubbing it in my face. Lol.

If I'm being generous, I can kind of understand his reasoning. I have more of an issue with the bluff stuff. Just punt it. Aaron isn't here anymore. You're not fooling anyone.
keithkeskinen.bsky.social
Lol. Nothing is bigger than you, Bart.

I get your point, but they tied last night, didn't lose. There's a big gap between sure things and winnable games for me.

Thinking they were Super Bowl favorites after weeks 1 and 2 was unwise.

Thinking there are a lot of losses on the schedule after weeks 3 and 4 is probably also unwise.

I'm not sure I have the faith in the Steno-Mannion offense to follow this path.
keithkeskinen.bsky.social
I get it. If MLF had like 10% of Dan Campbell in him, the Packers would be in pretty great spot.

Last night was ugly and MLF hasn't been good in those management situations a lot. He deserves heat.

I'm not ready to look for a new head coach right now. My biggest issue with MLF is his loyalty to coordinators.
