It was only coz my nan last year found in her mum's chest a medal card that we found he even existed so mum is determined to go to his memorial panel to pay respects as he was young and shouldn't have been forgotten

My 2 x great uncle Joseph is in this war manuscript this and medal file is all that's left of him as 3x nan went crazy at his loss and destroyed all traces of him and forbid mentioning him she even started screaming at the boys on bikes that delivered the mia/death telegrams
