Welcome to Bluesky: Weird Al is on here but you sometimes don’t immediately get told that. That’s most of the important information.

Daily Hanna Barbera

Published in June of 1961, this is the FIRST Flintstones comic book, and arguably the first from an ongoing series. The ongoing series is Dell Giant *or* it is considered number 1 of Dell's Flintstones series, which began with issue 2 two months later.
A Harry Eisenberg cover of The Flintstones. Fred is angrily pulling a wooden card with square stone wheels, while Barney, Betty, Wilma, Dino and Baby Puss ride in the cart. While Baby Puss and the girls look happy, Dino seems worried and Barney seems bored. Simple solid pink background. Subtitled "Bedrock Bedlam"
Barney looks so impressed hahahah :)

Thanksgiving in Canada has nothing to do with Columbus!

We are a colonial country with a million things to atone for but Thanksgiving is not one of them.

Our Thanksgiving is timed with the harvest and it's literally just "Be grateful for harvest"

US Imperialism has brain rotted too many of you.

He has to be. The moment it was announced he was in the film I lost every desire to see it.
I have no idea why they keep casting that guy in anything.
Were Bill and Ted most excellent?

"There's a man out there!"

First heard on October 11, 1963.

Celebrating 62 years of one of the most iconic Twilight Zone episodes ever aired: "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet."

A toast to Richard Matheson and William Shatner for this piece of TV history!
Must be like the old Winamp program….. “Winamp… it really whips the llamas ass”
