We’re facing a heated autumn. Europe is drifting ever more quickly toward war.
A few weeks ago in Copenhagen, Brussels’ war plan was unveiled: Europe pays, Ukrainians fight, and Russia will eventually be exhausted. How much this will cost and how long it will take—we were not told. Instead of a real strategy, Brussels offered only wishful thinking. In Denmark I made it clear: we want no part of this.

Since then, they have launched a campaign against Hungary. The arsenal is broad—spy accusations, fake news scandals, and legal maneuvering. They have moved against us in Brussels and set their local proxies in motion at home. We cannot sit by and watch this! We must once again show that the Hungarian people do not want war.

That is why today we are launching a petition against Brussels’ war plans. We will be present in every city and every village, because right now every peace‑loving Hungarian is needed!

Oof. Polish border guards caught a 16-year-old Russian kid who walked into Poland from Kaliningrad seeking political asylum. Poland then returned the kid to Russia, where he now faces up to two years in prison for illegal border crossing. (If he's written any anti-war stuff, it might get worse.)
