Such a good lesson with y13 today going through exam Qs but using them as jumping off points to revise different topics, check key definitions as well as model exam technique. Any time they couldn’t answer a Q the topic went on their 'I don’t know' list to inform their revision.

I'd never considered the difficulty in obtaining normal brain tissue for research.

Yr13 looking at selection and speciation this morning. Card sorts still have their place!!
They had around 20 different examples to sort into directional, stabilising or disruptive selection
