Broadly banning non consentual sex isn't protecting anyone, it's holding shut your eyes and ears and pretending it doesn't exist.
Since you make such a big deal out of letting users control their own experience, maybe have some confidence in that instead.

Just add another tier to NSFW labels maybe? By forbidding fictional depictions, yes, even of darker subjects, you are helping nobody.

Introducing an extra means to mark it so people who ain't into it can avoid it: okay.

Forbidding it outright: bad, stupid, and you'll lose plenty of users.
