I don't think much about PK as he manages to keep a relatively dignified silence. Abbott is like chewing gum on your shoe - turns up every single week in some Murdoch organ, or far right conference - or both. Not sure there's a comparison to be made here.

Superb speeches on the whole as well. The applause and yelling for the Gaza journalist sounded like a goal had been scored at the MCG. No wonder he was silenced by the love he saw in front of him.

I'm curious about the USA protocols - is there not a person with a microphone who says, "pardon me sir, but not a word of what you're saying is true" and then see what happens next? It appears he just rambles nonsense.
