Stopped by the #MinnetonkaFireDept and City #OpenHouse on Tuesday. Here I am at "Stories of Belonging" which gave residents an opportunity to record stories of being made to feel welcome and like they belong. It was once again, a great community event.

Sat. started at full charge & 918 miles. Rode the 40-mile #TourdeTonka route. Even on a ebike, I felt the increase of a 60-mile day over my recent average of zero. Beautiful day for a ride, a good route, and a well-run event. Dorothy Duck came along in support. #Ducks4DrKimberly#Kimberly4Mtka
Busy week included the grand opening of the Vale apartments on Wed and a Joint Council and Boards/Commissions Tour on Thursday. We got to visit Arrive Apartments, Blue Horizon Solar, Walser Kia construction, and see newly installed solar panels. #housing#solar#redevelopment

I had a great time at the #CityofMinnetonka employee #picnic on Wednesday. The picnic was hosted at the Fire Station and provided good food, ice cream, and some well-deserved fun and relaxation for our hard-working city employees.
