I just saw a post on IG and the person does what I do and import tracks from physical cd on to itunes. But I was surprised by the comments. Like "why don't u just stream?" "This isnt the early 2000s", importing from the cd is "too work".

Not really sure if this is correct, but someone on the other app said George Michael didn't own the master track of "Father Figure". Giving him a songwriter credit means his estate will be rewarded the royalties, instead of the record label or whoever owns his masters.
