Your liver is amazing, it does loads of important tasks to keep you well. A healthy diet is a great way to give it the fuel it needs. Small wins can help you to look after your liver.

Yes! And our nearest also has axolotls, baby tortoises, lizards, snakes and adorable poison dart frogs. So basically a zoo.

“But Rewilding Denmarkfield said its work showed how even when surrounded by urban sprawl and intensive farmland, pollinators can make a comeback if nature is given a chance.”

I am stuck in Devon because of #stormbert. There are many reasons why this is difficult, but there are certainly worse places to be stuck.

Today would be a great day for @gwruk.bsky.social to start using this here Bluesky account to help those of us currently stuck 100s of miles from home and trying to figure out our options 🙏 #stormburt

Hope it helps. Would be interested to hear how you get on. Something I've always been terrible at too.

I really hope something can be done about our trains. I lost my Dad suddenly a couple of weeks ago, so far I've spent over £300 for 2 trips from London to Devon to help Mum. That's with a lot of compromise to get cheapest options. I've had delays, cancellations and a freezing train with no heating.

Very cold in London today (by our standards) but the last of autumn is still clinging to our wonderful street trees. (And yes, we had a bluesky)

I have clearly spent too long on #liversky today as I read that top one as Biliary 2016 😆

Oh dear I've now watched that too and totally agree. Those were my now teen's favourite films. We are in for months of indignant rants.

Whenever I worry that some patient information I'm writing isn't clear, concise, useful or accessible enough, I remind myself that within a day there will be some kind of communication from my children's school that will make me feel astonishingly competent.

So weirdly interesting, 3 or 4 here in Southwark London. Blue mixed recycling,
green general waste,
small brown food waste,
Large brown garden waste but only if you pay for it and it's gone up quite a lot so we now share with a neighbour.

Lovely to find so many people here who I used to enjoy hearing from in the other place (before they were lost in the sludge). And loving the starter packs as a way to find new people.

Maybe we can still have nice things? 🤞
