I'm not a morning person, so I usually miss breakfast which I love, but as a young woman in her 60's I found out I needed more protein daily as I age, so.....hello banana 🍌 pancakes with vanilla protein powder, eggs, rolled oats and drizzled with Manuka honey 🍯. Yum 😋
