Hey Blue Sky, Iggy needs a kidney!

Iggy needs one to live. We each need one to live. Most of us are born with two good ones, so the math works out!

Anyway, who will join me in doing the forms to check for a match?
iggydinosaur.bsky.social
Hey!. So just getting the word out on this and I put a little explainer together about how you can help.
The really short message is: genetics suck, need a living donor for a kidney.
It'd mean the world to me if you spread this around so ppl know! Thanks!

(Reuters) - U.S. companies and consumers are bearing the brunt of the country's new import tariffs, early indications show, contradicting assertions by President Donald Trump and complicating the Federal Reserve's fight against inflation.

Menswear Guy can *be* my tailor if he wants. He has impeccable tastes. 😆

Those are my tax dollars they’re squandering harassing civilians, so they can find a new game like sitting in prison.
kittysghost.bsky.social
It’s not free right now. They’ll backpay all those goons.

I wonder how much tax payer money ICE wastes per day on stupid shit like

- pepper spray to hit men dancing in fun costumes,
- zip ties to drag reporters away from seeing their crimes, and
- tear gas to keep protesters from hurting their extraordinarily fragile feelings.

This clown show ain’t free.

ICE protest in Broadview

To Republicans, any expression of disagreement is “insurrection,” no matter how non-violent and harmless.

The inflatables have made it to Broadview.

Do not self-censor. People are afraid and need to keep hearing that opposition grows in hearts besides their own.

It’s impossible to overstate how much “abolish ice” is the normie position now here in chicago — just countless random moms at toddler soccer on a park district field asking me where I bought my anti-ice t-shirt. average people don’t like our neighborhoods being terrorized.

A friend ran the Chicago marathon today and said he couldn’t count the number of FUCK ICE signs along the way.

Notice they're already wearing gas masks before there's any physical confrontation. They were going to gas the protestors from the moment they got there.

Reminder: Tear Gas was banned by international treaty from military use TWICE.

The only violence I’ve been seeing in Portland is from the so-called Feds!!!

Keep sharing these videos; it’s evidence.

As ICE terrorizes communities, remember that some of Trump's biggest supporters are private prison companies that will make bank off his budget bill.

And Stephen Miller recently disclosed over $100K of stock in Palantir, the shady data firm ICE uses to target immigrants.

Cashing in on cruelty.

I’d pick her, except I have no beef with her.

I’d pick her only because she would never be bothered to respond to lowly me here.

Menswear Guy might make the time if I came for him. It’s a risk. 😆

When they tell you they plan on throwing out the constitution, believe them.

I don’t recommend LLMs as sources. They fabricate ideas from nothing, misrepresent their sources, and often cite fabricated sources.

A toddler can do that for you. 😆

got to see a cute little old dog I know this morning. He is still cute and little. 🥰

-sigh-

I’m going to drift off to sleep very contented with the events of these two days. 😴

What a super fine weekend. 😊

Date 1 - very cute, nice, sweet, will see again soon

Date 2 - a debacle but gone from my life, thankfully

Date 3 - nice but clearly not dating material, will see again in a few months to catch up as friends

Bartender - bonus new friend?, flirting with me?

I buy US made clothing whenever I can, and here is why: I pay more, but it lasts longer.

I can go pay $8 for a t-shirt at a big box store, and it will have holes within 10 wears.

I can go pay $25 for a t-shirt from Pact, and it will have no holes after 30+ wears.

I can pay $20 for imported

compression socks, but they have runs after 3 wears.

I can pay $30 for ProCompression socks that say “made in USA,” but they have no holes after 5 years of routine use.

The imported clothes are cheaper in part because of labor costs but also because of cutting corners on materials and processes.
