- pepper spray to hit men dancing in fun costumes,
- zip ties to drag reporters away from seeing their crimes, and
- tear gas to keep protesters from hurting their extraordinarily fragile feelings.

I buy US made clothing whenever I can, and here is why: I pay more, but it lasts longer.

I can go pay $8 for a t-shirt at a big box store, and it will have holes within 10 wears.

I can go pay $25 for a t-shirt from Pact, and it will have no holes after 30+ wears.

I can pay $20 for imported

compression socks, but they have runs after 3 wears.

I can pay $30 for ProCompression socks that say “made in USA,” but they have no holes after 5 years of routine use.

The imported clothes are cheaper in part because of labor costs but also because of cutting corners on materials and processes.
