Busy weekend as usual, a quick drive to Oregon and back yesterday morning, then a football game (they finally won) and Archer was on fire, but we were at a field at the SW part of town and it was a wind tunnel, I have been freezing ever since.

It was good! The Dr was a smart ass! And we hit off just fine, she prescribed some low dose medication and set me up to come in next month so we can get some other stuff going, and referred me to a counselor. There is light at the end of the tunnel!

I literally spent most of yesterday morning either on the phone or computer looking for a primary care physician, I finally found one but they were only booking for December, but there was a last minute cancellation, so I am going in at 9a.m on Thursday for this anxiety.
