This is in Fukuoka. The Unicorn Gundam is in Odaiba, in front of Diver City Tokyo.

Looked it up recently and apparently there are (or were) three, and we've actually seen all of them. The Gundam Factory in Yokohama was a temporary exhibition though.

Fukuoka. There's another one at Diver City mall in Odaiba, Tokyo and there was a temporary "Gundam Factory" expo in Yokohama, but that's gone now. (I believe the Gundam from there is supposed to move to a permanent location in Osaka but I'm not sure.)
