A lot of civilians don’t even know what their government has done 😭😭 and there’s a lot of japanese people that denies the war crimes. For example, the comfort women, a lot argue that they were paid prostitutes, but soldiers payed to the pimps who kidnapped and exploited those girls, not the girls.

I’m not talking about just their government, sadly there’s many beliefs that are shared between civilians and their governors, I don’t know the developers personally, but I can totally see the point of Cate.
