If Dems were to win in 2026 Trump impeached, maybe JD, Dem SOTH becomes acting prez, corrupt cabinet heads impeached, all illegal Executive Orders rescinded, if Supreme Court Justice dies or retires conservative court lost to libs. NO WAY WILL THIS HAPPEN. 2026 mid terms stopped or rigged. Period.

The DOJ and Trump are going to argue that the investigations and prosecutions caused him damage and he deserves refund. Reason? Even though illegal, under presidential immunity shouldn’t have been brought. He is setting himself up to avoid further prosecution in classified documents case.

The statute on administration of oath of office is in part “…administered by any member to the speaker…”. I read this as any member of the house can swear in a new member and present to SOTH the new member. Period.

The way I read this is ADMINISTERED BY ANY MEMBER, not just SOTH.

If Dems win Congress in 2026 Trump impeached, maybe JD. SOTH Dem becomes acting president. If a Supreme Court justice dies or retires, a liberal judge is appointed. Every executive order Trump issued will be rescinded. Cabinet impeached. NO WAY IN HELL will Republicans EVER allow this to happen.

THINK: in 2026, if Dems win, Trump impeached, if JD is too a Dem SOTH becomes acting president. If a Supreme Court justice dies or retires, Democrat SOTH would appoints liberal justice. GOP loses 50 year conservative court. With all this at stake, they’ll do ANYTHING to stop it in 2026. ANYTHING!
